Our commitment and current status
Ipe Woods USA operates Wood Acclimation. We aim to make its information and tools usable by people with disabilities, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target. A complete conformance audit has not been completed. This statement is not a certification that every page or interaction meets that standard.

Ways to use the information
- Use the “Skip to content” link to pass the navigation. Headings organize each guide and its evidence section.
- Read the field guides for written explanations of storage, sampling and interpretation. You do not need to operate a visual model to read those guides.
- The measurement-depth study repeats its selected explanation in text below the graphic.
- The homepage moisture tracker lists recorded observations in a table as well as a chart. Review the dates and positions individually when comparing readings.
- For an inquiry draft, “Download context copy” produces a plain-text copy. Review it before sharing. Downloading does not submit an inquiry.
Known limitations and testing
Recent checks included selected keyboard controls, visible focus, narrow-screen layouts and text alternatives. They did not constitute a complete screen-reader, voice-control, switch-device or browser-compatibility assessment.
Small labels within some diagrams may be difficult to read on a phone. Some guides provide a full-size diagram link; use the accompanying article text for the explanation. Generated PDF field reports have not been verified as fully tagged, accessible documents. The field planner also offers a readable HTML record with headings, measurement context and an observation table; it excludes photographs. Contact us if the page or exported format prevents you from obtaining the information.
Interactive controls use JavaScript. Private projects also depend on the separate sign-in service, whose accessibility we have not independently evaluated. We are continuing to review these experiences and will update this statement as verified findings change.

You can request help accessing a guide, reading a tool result or obtaining an alternative format. A material purchase or quote request is not required. We will use reported barriers to guide repairs; we do not promise an unverified response time or a format we have not yet prepared.
